CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 5, 2006, was convened at 5:50 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived at 5:52 p.m.), Harvey, Layton,
Martin, and Pope
Absent: Schnitzler and Vogel
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
Consent Agenda:
Councilman Bryan Pope distributed information pertaining to items (b) and (c), related to
insurance contracts, and stated he would like these items voted on individually.
Bills Introduced:
City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus distributed a substitute which eliminates the word "sanitarium"
from the bill.
Resolutions:
RS2006 -4 - City Planner Janice McMillan stated this will need to be tabled to allow time for the
public hearing period.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
