CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of June 19, 2006, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, and Pope, Schnitzler,
and Vogel
Absent: Brown
quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
Consent Agenda:
Councilman Bryan Pope distributed information pertaining to items (b) and (c), related to
insurance contracts, and stated he would like these items voted on individually.
Bills Pending:
Bill 2006 -25: Councilman Bryan Pope and Councilman Michael Berry announced they will be
abstaining on this bill.
Informal Calendar:
2006 -18: Substitute # 2a was distributed by City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus, who explained
what this version accomplishes.
2006 -13: Councilman Michael Berry suggested removing the signage issue and addressing
it at another time since they are only seeing it for the first time tonight. City Counselor Nathan
Nickolaus suggested substituting language by amendment rather than deleting language
altogether.
