CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of July 17, 2006, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, *Ferguson (arrived at 5:47 P.M.), Harvey, Layton, Martin,
and Pope, Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: Berry
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
Addition to agenda:
The agenda will need to be amended immediately after the Roll Call to allow the Council to add
Resolution RS2006 -12. This will require a motion, second, and majority vote of the Council.
Public Hearings:
2006 -28: Councilman Brian Crane asked Mayor John Landwehr to allow staff to explain the
changes accomplished by Substitute Bill 2006 -28 which was accepted at the June 30 Council
Meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
