Council rnet is Special session on call by the Dfayor;-
Mayor Vahlsing presided and all_ councilmen were present.
The matter of Oiling streets was discussed, and a mo tion was made
by H L Luwe second by Lindaman that we adopt Resolution for Oiling
Streets for the season of 1944.
Roll Call-
Ayes- Haack -Kruse- Lindaman- Luwe- Ok nes.
Nays - none.
It was moved. by Kruse second by Lur+re, that �t the Mayor and Clerk
enter cortract with the Iowa Road Bui_lcing Uo for 14,000 gallons
of Road Oil, Motion. Carried.
There being no further business it was mov d to adjourn.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and on motion by Kruse
second by Lindaman annrovec as read-
It was moved by Kruse second by Haac'- that the Clerk order
50 feet of fire hose, and Fire Hose expander tool- motion carried..
The follo,ving Cigarette applications, were presented together
with pro ner fee and Bonds.

.On motion by Lindaman second by haack the above were approves'
and the Clerk directed to issue Cigarettespermits.
Treasurers report was received, read and ordered placed. on file.
