Chapter 119) beginning on January 1, 2013.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST: The term "Town of Gulf Stream" shall
mean each of the following: the Town of Gulf Stream, its Commissioners, its Manager, its employees, its
officers, its staff- its Police Department, its Police Officers: including, without limitation, the
attorneys, employees and nartners of the following law firms: Sweetarmle, Broeker & Varkas;
Richman Greer, PA: Jones, Foster. Johnston & Stubbs: Cole. Scott & Kissane- P.A.; and Johnson
Anselmo Murdoch Burke Piper & Hochman, P.A.

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records request on December 27, 2016. You

In future correspondence, please refer to this public records request by the above referenced
number.
The email addresses of the Town's elected officials, including Thomas Stanley, are posted on the
Town's website at www.gulf-stream.orp/contact/tovm-contact.
In addition to his position as an elected official of the Town of Gulf Stream, Thomas Stanley is a
resident of the Town, and possibly has sent and received emails that are public records in his
individual capacity as a resident, that the Town believes could be responsive to your request.
Therefore, to perform a thorough search of the Town's email correspondence during the
approximate four-year period encompassed by your request, which could include presently
outdated or otherwise inactive email addresses, the Town estimates to respond to your request
will require approximately an additional hour of administrative support at $35.60 per hour, the
labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d).
If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you
with an initial production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any
additional responsive records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will
provide you with the responsive records and a refund.
(One hour @ $35.60) = Deposit Due: $35.60 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time. If we do not hear back from you within
30 days of this letter, we will consider this request closed.
