CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of September 5, 2006, was convened at 5:50 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope, and Vogel
Absent: None
quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Election of Ward Two Councilman:
Mayor John Landwehr distributed a memo containing the answer to Councilman Cindy Layton's
question regarding their intention to run for office if elected tonight.
Appointments:
Mayor John Landwehr stated he plans to appoint the new Ward Two Councilman to all boards
and liaison positions as former Councilman Jonathon Schnitzler except for the Economic
Development Advisory Board. He would like to appoint Councilman Cindy Layton to that board
since she currently serves on boards affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce and CVB.
Informal Calendar:
2006 -43: Councilman Cindy Layton stated she will bring this off the Informal Calendar to be
voted on tonight.
