Dear Custodian of Records,
Forwarded herein for your reference is your response of August 24, 2016 to my request to inspect a public
record which you have labeled GS #2299 (GSCA internal communication related to undergrounding ballot). I
had requested to inspect, "any email, text message or other record of communication between the Town and any
GSCA member related to the Undergrounding Ballot which the GSCA representative acted to count on behalf of
the Town."
In your response you write, "Please be advised that there are no such records. We consider this request closed. "
In order to identify the GSCA representative who acted to count the ballots on the undergrounding
project on behalf of the Town, as I described in GS #2299, I request to inspect any record that contains
the name of this GSCA representative. I use the word "any" in this particular follow up request to mean
the first responsive record that is most easily produced. I do not use the word "any" to mean "all"
responsive records.
I am making this request to identify the name of the GSCA representative who provided this service to
the Town. If you care to identify that person to me you may then disregard this record request.
Sincerely,
Chris O'Hare
