The City Council is requested to receive and file the Planning Commission
(Commission) actions from their meeting of February 28 , 2019 .
BACKGROUND:
On February 28, 2019 , the Commission held a special meeting.
ANALYSIS:
The following is a summary of actions taken at the February 28 , 2019 , meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner-Cordes, Haddad, Marston , Vice Chair Lee , Chair
O'Leary
Absent: Commissioner-None
Excused : Commissioner -None
2. CONSENT CALENDAR
The Commission approved the minutes from their regular meeting of February 12,
2019. .. '•

3. DISCUSSION ITEM:
GENERAL PLAN ANNUAL REPORT 2018
The Commission voted to recommend that the City Council approve the General
Plan Annual Report subject to minor changes discussed.

6. COMMUNICATIONS-None
7. UPDATE FROM THE PLANNING MANAGER
Planning Manager Reimers gave an overview of the Community Development
Department's activities in 2018.

The Commission meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
Reviewing the Commission actions of February 28, 2019, furthers the City's Strategic
Goal of Citizen Education and Communication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2018-19 City Budget.
