CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of September 18, 2006, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Oetting, Pope, and
Vogel
Absent: Berry
quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
Bills Introduced:
DA ITEMS
Councilman Brian Crane asked if Bills 2006 -59, 60, and 61 could be taken up together. Mayor
John Landwehr stated that unless he heard any objections to that, he thought it would be a
good idea.
Closed Session:
Mayor John Landwehr stated that the Law Department had indicated that, due to some
information it had received late Friday afternoon, there would not be a need to have a closed
session on either Real Estate or Legal Actions. He stated that as far as he was concerned,
there was also no need to have a closed session on Personnel, so that there would be no
closed session held tonight.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
