SUBJECT: TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS -
MEETING OF MARCH 13, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission (Commission) actions from their regular meeting of March 13, 2019.
BACKGROUND:
On March 13, 2019 the Commission held their regularly scheduled meeting.
ANALYSIS:
The following is a summary of actions taken at the March 13 , 2019 meeting :
1. ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioner-Blatt, Kwan, Nimri, Clift
Absent: Commissioner -None·
Excused: Commissioner-Palmieri
2. CONSENT CALENDAR
The Commission approved the minutes of the February 13, 2019 meeting.

3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Commission held three hearings in person. Three citations were upheld.
The Commission held four hearings by written declaration. Four citations were
upheld.
CITY STRATEGIC GOALS:
Reviewing the Transportation and Public Safety Commission Actions furthers the City's
Strategic Goal of Citizen Education and Communication.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year 2018-19 City Budget.
