CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Manager Cook reported that City Council met in Closed Session reg ard ing Item 4A
"Employee Performance Evaluation " and unanimously decided to offer the position of City
Attorney to Assistant City Attorney Greg Murphy. This will be made formal at the next City
Council meeting.
Assistant City Attorney reported that City Council met in C losed Session regarding Item 48
"Pending Litigation". There is no reportable action.
Assistant City Attorney reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item 4C
"Conference with Labor Negotiator". There is no reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p .m.
