Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City. 2.ROLL CALL PRESENT: Councilmember-Man, Yu, Chavez, Fish ABSENT: Councilmember -Sternquist ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo Mayor Pro Tern Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist.
