Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

PRESENT: Councilmember-Man, Yu, Chavez, Fish
ABSENT: Councilmember -Sternquist
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Mayor Pro Tern Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist.
Seconded by Councilmember Yu.

CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session
regarding four items (i.e., 4A "Pending Litigation", 48 "Anticipated Litigation", 4C
"Conference with Labor Negotiator", and 40 "Existing litigation") and received a
briefing from the City Attorney. There is no reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
