CALL TO ORDER

The November 3, 2006, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:07 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Harvey, Klindt, Layton, Oetting, Pope, and Vogel
Absent: Ferguson
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Meetings & Events:
Councilman Kevin Brown announced the first meeting of the Committee on Public Safety
will be held November 14 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Annex.
Councilman Brian Crane announced the first meeting of the Administration Committee will
be held November 15 at 7:30 A.M. in the Boone - Bancroft Room.
Bills:
2006 -89 - This will need to be placed on the Informal Calendar to allow for a public hearing.
2006 -71 - City Planner Janice McMillan stated a discussion has been held regarding
allowing this whole issue to be taken up by the Finance Committee.
2006 -83 - This will remain on the Informal Calendar by be discussed at the Administration
Committee meeting on November 15.
Closed Session:
The City Clerk was directed to add a Closed Session to the agenda for the purpose of
discussing Real Estate.
