CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
Ass istant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in C losed Session
regarding four items (i.e ., 4A "Pending Litigation ", 48 "Anticipated Litigation ", 4C
"Conference with Labor Negotiator", and "Pending Litigation ") and received a
br iefing from the C ity Attorney . There is no reportable action .
Closed Session Item 40 "Employee Performance Evaluation" was continued to a
future meeting date .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :31 p.m.
