RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Planning Comm ission
(C omm ission ) actions from their meeting of June 11 , 2019 .

On June 11 , 2019 , the Com mission he ld th ei r regu larly schedu led meeting .
ANALYSIS:
The fo ll owin g is a summary of actions taken at the June 11 , 2019 , meeting :

The Commission app roved the minutes from their regular meeting of May 28 ,

3 . PUBLIC HEARING
A. PL 18-1198: COMPREHENSIVE ZONING CODE UPDATE
DESCRIPTION : Zoning Code Update.
ACTION: The Commission d irected staff to return with recommendations
regarding maximum lot coverage , establishing minimum hours of operation
for bus inesses in the Downtown Core , and a property owne r's request to
change the zoning of his properties on Lyledale Street.

7. UPDATE FROM THE PLANNING MANAGER
Planning Manager Reimers stated that on June 4 , 2019 , the City Council approved
an ordinance that limits houses located on the front lot of a flag or tiered lot
subdivis ion to one story , as previously cons idered by the Commiss ion .

The Commission meeting was adjourned at 8 :52p.m .
