CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of November 20, 2006, was convened at 5:50 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Oetting, and Pope
Absent: Layton and Vogel
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills:
2006 -105 - Councilman Michael Berry stated he is going to offer an amendment to move the
issue to a different ballot than April.
2006 -96 - Councilman Michael Berry suggested taking up 2006 -96 at the same time that they
take up 2006 -89 under public hearings.
2006 -71 - Councilman Kenneth Ferguson stated he is going to withdraw this bill.
2006 -83 - Councilman Brian Crane stated this will remain on the Informal Calendar.
Resolutions:
RS2006 -18 - Councilman Kenneth Ferguson will withdraw this.
RS2006 -22 - This will be amended to allow the CVB to suggest representatives, but not "from
their members."
The meeting adjourned at 6:03 P.M.
