Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City. 2. ROLLCALL PRESENT: Councilmember -Man, Sternquist (arrived at 6:40p.m. ), Yu (arrived at 6:40 p.m.), Chavez, Fish ABSENT: Councilmember -None ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist and Councilmember Yu.
