Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLLCALL
PRESENT: Councilmember -Man, Sternquist (arrived at 6:40p.m. ), Yu (arrived
at 6:40 p.m.), Chavez, Fish
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Man made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist and
Councilmember Yu. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Chavez.

City Council removed Closed Session Item D "Employee Performance Evaluation
from the discussion as this item was discussed during the Special City Council
meeting on July 12. City Council recessed to closed session at 6:31 p.m. and
reconvened with all members present at 7:23 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION STATEMENT
City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Closed Session items A, B, C, and E. There is no reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
