A. Special Session - Call to Order 12:00 PM
B. Roll Call
The City of Tiffin City Council held a special session Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at the City Hall Council
Chamber. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM. Upon roll being called the following
members were present: Eric Schnedler, Al Havens, Tim Orris, Skylar Limkemann, Chris Olney present via
phone. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt.

Motion to approve agenda by Havens.
Second by Orris.
All ayes, agenda approved.

1. Discussion and Consideration of Appropriating Annual TIF Debt Certification and Council Action
as Needed. Motion to approve by Limkemann.
Second by Havens.
Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt reviewed the annual TIF certification and the changes
from last year with Council.
All ayes, motion carried.
2. Discussion and Consideration of Annual Urban Renewal Report for FY 2021-2022 and Council
Action as Needed. Motion to approve by Orris.
Second by Schnedler.
All ayes, motion carried.
