The adjourned meeting of June 11, 1951, was held today on June 25,
1951, at 9 :30 AM, with Mayor Commissioner L. Seton Lindsay, Town
Clerk Commissioner Wm. J. Bauer, and Commissioner Alexander B. Royce
present.
The minutes of the meeting of May 14, 1951, were read and approved.
The Mayor reported that Police Officer E. W. Cooper is on vacation
and that the Town is being patrolled by Officer Pollack at night,
and that Officer Cooper had arranged with one of the Boynton Officers,
and with Constable Bruce Wheeler, to patrol thru the Town.
Town Clerk Wm. J. Bauer reported that Water Sales were $49$4$0,
for the month of May 1951.
Town Clerk 'Alm. J. Bauer also reported that the Bank balance to
jjj include check #$0$, dated June 18, 1951, was $3,$39.50.

Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following ordinance # to
was introduced and read in full:
AN ORDINANCE BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, FLORIDA, AMENDING «SECTION 5 - HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS'I,
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOI'V OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA,
SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO BUILDING SHALL BE ERECTED IN EXCESS
OF FORTY -FIVE FEET (45 ft..) IN HEIGHT AND TWO STORIES IN
HEIGHT, WITHIN THE APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT IN THE TOWN OF
GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, AND REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED.
