CALL TO ORDER

The February 16, 2007, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Crane, Harvey, Klindt, Layton, and Vogel
Absent: Berry, Brown, Ferguson, Oetting, and Pope
A quorum was not present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
City Planner Janice McMillan gave a brief report on issues which staff has addressed and
meetings which have been held since the Stoneridge Development bills were introduced
at the February 5 Council meeting.
PRESENTATIONS FROM THE GALLERY:
Mayor John Landwehr suggested the Council might want to consider taking up the
Stoneridge bills (2006 -130, 2006 -131, and 2006 -132) right after presentations from the
gallery in case there are a lot of people appearing on that issue.
RESOLUTIONS:
RS2006 -27: City Administrator Steve Rasmussen explained the substitute Resolution which
was just distributed to the Council. City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus answered a question
to state that this will need to be readopted every Council year.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen stated he would like to add a Closed Session to the
COUNCIL WORK SESSION FEBRUARY 16, 2007 2
agenda to discuss real estate, and that it was a matter which came up after the agenda was
published on Thursday. The City Clerk was asked to amend the agenda to reflect the
addition of a Closed Session.
