A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM R-4 TO AN R-4 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 126
North IOth Street as R-4 generally located on real estate legally described
as follows, to -wit:
67.5 ft. wt159 cws 29.25 ft wt160cws *tif*
WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning
designation from R-4 to an R-4 Special Use District in order to allow the
owner to develop a dinner house with banquet facilities from this location.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an R-
4, Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 5th day of _June 2006, by the
Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
