CALL TO ORDER

Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of February 19, 2007, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Ferguson (arrived at 5:52
P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Layton, Pope, and Vogel
Absent: Oetting
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr asked the Council to consider taking up all matters related to the
Stoneridge Development as a group to get them out of the way as there will be several people
in attendance interested in that matter. Councilman Michael Berry stated he will make a motion
at the meeting to amend the agenda to take up the Stoneridge items earlier in the meeting.
Mayor John Landwehr stated that some persons have requested to make presentations from
the gallery, and then also requested to make further presentations on behalf of others. He
stated he does not believe they should be granted five minutes for each of those additional
presentations, but that he will explain they get a total of five minutes to make a presentation
whether it is on their own behalf, or on behalf of others who do not wish to speak themselves.
