CALL TO ORDER
The March 2, 2007, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Layton, and Vogel
Absent: Brown, Crane, Oetting, and Pope
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen stated he received questions from Councilman Cindy
Layton and he has answered those in his weekly memo to the Council. Staff will be
prepared to present that information at the public hearing.
Assistant to the City Administrator Melva Fast will be making the staff presentation on the
Munichburg CID public hearing.
RESOLUTIONS:
RS2006 -28: Discussion was held regarding the funding for the Fabick / Algoa project site.
INFORMAL CALENDAR:
2006 -135: Councilman Michael Berry stated because additional questions have come in,
he is planning to leave it on the Informal Calendar.
