HomeMy Public PortalAbout038-2006 - Zoning - Rezoning of 113 South 3rdORDINANCE 38-2006 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-3 TO R-3, SPECIAL USE Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 113 South 3rd Street and legally described as follows, to wit: 5 VAC Alley & Lot 2 AW as a R-3 as outlined on Exhibit A; and Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a R-3, Special Use District in order to allow the owner to maintain a Professional Law Office. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a R-3, Special Use District. Passed and Adopted this 5th day of June 2006, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
