Subject: Request to inspect Kelley Avery - Criminal Record
Dear Custodian of Records,
I am interested in finding out about any past or present Town employee's possible Criminal Record in the Town's custody. I do not know if
the Town has any Criminal Records of Town employees but I request your assistance in finding out. I do not want to burden you with too
broad a request at this time so I limit this request to just one employee. I expect to be making this request multiple times for various
employees depending on what kind of records the Town keeps that may be responsive to this first such request.
I request to inspect any Criminal Record of Kelley Avery. This request is for a record created by the Town or created by anyone else which
record is now in the Town's custody.
Again, I am asking for a single record. I request to inspect either the most recently created record or the most easily found record. In other
words I request to inspect the first responsive record you find when you begin your search. Once you find the first responsive record you
need look no further.
