1. Please provide a copy of all depositions (transcripts and videos) which are in the possession of the
Town of Gulf Stream.
2. Please provide a copy of all transcripts and videos which are in the possession of the Town of
Gulf Stream.
3. Please provide copies of all stenographic transcriptions of meetings, including but not limited to
those meetings subject to 286.011 (8)), and those meeting commonly referred to or known as
"shade" meetings.
4. The requests set forth in numbered paragraphs 1 —3 above are for the period 1/1/13 through the
date of this request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST: The term "Town of Gulf Stream" shall
mean each of the following: the Town of Gulf Stream- its Commissioners- its Manager, its emi3lovees its
officers- its staff, its Police Department, its Police Officers: including without limitation the
attorneys employees and partners of the following law firms: Sweetapple Broeker & Varkas•
Richman Greer, PA; Jones, Foster. Johnston & Stubbs: Cole, Scott & Kissane- P.A.• and Johnson
Anselmo Murdoch Burke Piper & Hochman- P.A.

Many depositions are posted on the Town's website which you can find by clicking on "Find a
Town Record", clicking on "Legal" and then "Depositions". There you will find more than
5,000 pages of deposition transcripts responsive to your request, as well as video depositions.
As for your request for "all transcripts and videos " at the above number two request, the Town
respectfully requests that you clarify with specificity what transcripts and videos you are seeking
and we will then determine whether to provide you with an estimate for the extensive use of
information, technology, resources or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance as described
in Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). This request for clarification is done as a courtesy to you to
ensure the Town is able to accurately and promptly provide you with either an estimate, if
necessary, or production of the public records you seek.
If the Town does not receive clarification from you within 30 days, it will consider this
matter closed.
