CALL TO ORDER

The Work Session of March 12, 2007, was convened at 5:35 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Klindt, Layton, Oetting, Pope, and
Vogel
Absent: Harvey
A quorum was declared present.
DISCUSSION
Mayor John Landwehr gave a brief overview of the last two Finance Committee meeting
agenda items.
The following information was requested by Councilman Bryan Pope:
(1) How many days since the beginning of FY2006 -2007 has the Transit Division
operated with fewer drivers than needed to drive all the routes;
(2) how many students ride the bus, and
(3) the student ridership on commuter buses.
A lengthy discussion was held regarding the various committee proposals, specifically the
Transit full -time employee request as well as the connector, costs, staffing and other items
to be considered in conjunction with the transit operation.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
