Hi Renee,
Attorney time is $350.00 and paralegal time is $125.00.
As to request 1, 1 estimate 1.5 hours of paralegal time and 30 min of attorney time. It may take more than that, but that
is a fair estimate based on 12 months of invoices to review and redact.
As to request 2, we input our time directly into our billing program, so there would be no time slips or anything of that
nature.
As to request 3, as they are asking for all records, that would take time to research what was sent and review for
attorney-client privilege. I would estimate one hour of paralegal time and one hour of attorney time for this matter.
