A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM R-3, SPECIAL USE TO R-3 SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2015 East Main
Street and legally described as follows, to wit:
65 Ft. Main St OM 522 Pt SE Sec. 33-14-1
as a R-3 as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a R-3 Special Use District in order to allow the owner to use as a CPA office plus
3 to 4 residential rentals.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a R-3 Special Use
District.
