CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of April 2, 2007, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived at 5:52 P.M., Harvey, Klindt, Layton,
Oetting, Pope, and Vogel
Absent: Berry (will be here in time for Regular Meeting)
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Kevin Brown stated he will be withdrawing the February 13, 2007, Public Safety
Committee Minutes as they need to be amended before filed with the Council.
Councilman Brian Crane stated he will be withdrawing Bills 2006 -162, 163, and 164 until they
can be considered by the Administration Committee. He stated that the meeting at which these
items came up, there was not a quorum present.
Councilman Brian Crane stated he will be withdrawing Bill 2006 -152.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
