HomeMy Public PortalAbout045-2006 - Zoning - Rezoning of 103 Garwood RoORDINANCE 45-2006 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-4 and C-2 TO ALL C-2 Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 103 Garwood Road and legally described as follows, to wit: Pt. SE Sec 35-14-1 1.27 A -Zoned C-2 Pt. SE Sec 35-14-1 .266 A — Zoned C-2 Pt. NE Sec 2-13-1 1.925 A — Zoned R-4 Pt. NE Sec 2-13-1 .608 A — Zoned R-4 whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to all C-2 Commercial District in order to allow the owner to use said real estate as a restaurant and for commercial use. NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2 Commercial District. Passed and Adopted this 7th day of August, 2006, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
