A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR CERTAIN PARCELS
FROM C-2 to R-3
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain properties commonly known as 103, 107, 109,
115, 117, 119, 201, 205, 211, 217, 223, 225 and 229 Kinsey Street and legally
described on Exhibit A as C-2 and as outlined on Exhibit B; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estates' zoning designation to
a R-3 Residential District in order to allow the owners of said properties to prevent
commercial development in a residential neighborhood.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a R-3 Residential District.
Passed and Adopted this 7th day of August, 2006, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
