AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REDUCTION IN
APPROPRIATIONS FROM CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS. Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana passed an annual
budget for fiscal year 2011 on September 30th, 2010 (Ordinance No.
26-2010);
WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated
balances that will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated,
thus allowing the aforementioned reductions.
NOW, THERFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following reductions in appropriations are hereby approved for the funds
as indicated:
1. Reduction in Parks and Recreation Fund
Personal Services 31,058
Other Contractual 1900
Capital Outlay MAO
Total Park and Recreation 80,058
3. Reductions in General Fund
Human Resources
Personal Services 600
Total Human Resources 600
Other Contractual 120,000
Total Board of Works 120,000
Total General Fund 12600
TOTAL 2011 BUDGET REDUCTIONS 2069058
