Council met is special session ca��ed by th� DRayor-
Colzncil men present, Riekena- Huisman and Riekena,
Mayor Vahlffi�n presiding -
Council report that Road gravel submitted by ItQayo
Tjaden was un-satisfacbo�y- and. on motion was rejected.
The Street and Alley committee were directed to
have a diPPerent grade of gravel placed on the streets
at the best price obtainable- motion carried.
There being no Further business council adjourned.

approved. -
Firemen report on the amount oP good useable fire hose
on hand .
Motion by Huisman second lit Spieker that the Clerk order
300 Peet oP new Fire hose- motion carried.
The Following applications for Cigarette.permits were
presented., with Bonds attached..
M.M. Boeke- Joe Westerhausen- Art and Ann Lolwing-
Harley �V Froemming- Glen Bachman and Charity Long- and
Henry Hippen .
