SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JULY 12, 2019
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Fish called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. in the Council
Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
PRESENT: Councilmember — Man, Sternquist (arrived at 12:15 p.m.), Yu
(arrived at 12:05 p.m.), Chavez, Fish
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk Kuo
Mayor Pro Tem Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Sternquist and
Councilmember Yu. Seconded by Councilmember Man.

City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Closed Session item A. There is no other reportable action.
