at The Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA

Recording or Taping Notification : "As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town
will be videotaping and/or audio taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio
tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair. " We request that all cell phones be turned off or to vibrate.
1 . Report on Finance Committee meeting on Article 18 .
2 . Discussion and vote to indefinitely postpone Item 4a of Article 9 ( Dog Park award ) and to amend the
total of Item 4c of Article 9 ( Designated Reserves for Community Preservation ) from $237 , 200 to
$287 , 500 .
3 . Update on open projects .
4 . Report on letter of intent from The Cape Cod Center for the Arts , Inc.
5 . Vote to approve the minutes of the March 27 , 2019 meeting .
6 . Items that the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
7 . Announcements ,
