WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District adopted
a budget for calendar year 2011; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to transfer money from one major
budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount set out in the original budget; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6- 1.1 -18 -6 without notice and
without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the
Richmond Sanitary District that the 2011 budget be amended as follows:
A. Sewer Utility
Delete $12,000.00 from Salary and Wages
Account number 680.38.304.137.000.1196
Delete $13,000.000 from Other Contractual Services
Account number 680.38.304.137.000.4490
Add $25,000.00 to Vehicle Operation and Maintenance
Account number 680.38.304.137.000.2210
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September 2011.
