A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPS REMOTE TECHNICIAN
PLUS PARTS MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH
STRATEGIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (SPS) .
WHEREAS, SPS has submitted a proposal for the SPS Remote Technician Plus Parts
Maintenance Contract for the Police and Fire Departments, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the Borough Treasurer has certified that fiords me or will be available for
said purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the proposal from SPS for the SPS Remote Technician Plus Parts
Maintenance Contract for the Police mld Fire Departments, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby approved in compliance in all respects with NJ
State Contract(s).�
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby
authorized to enter into a contract with SPS for the requisite equipment and services.
