CALL TO ORDER
The February 27, 2012, Council Work Session was convened at 5:30 P.M. by Mayor Eric
Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Bray, Carroll (5:50 P.M.), Luebbert, Pope, Schulte, Scrivner (5:43
P.M.), and Weber
Absent: Harvey and Koon
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
A. Update on Sales Tax F Projects
Public Works Director Roger Schwartze made a presentation outlining the status of various
Sales Tax F Capital Improvements projects, including the time line for when the projects are
currently scheduled to begin, and completed. Finance Director Steve Schlueter also
provided a table showing the accounts and how they are budgeted. Following the
presentation, the Mayor and Council asked questions.
The following staff also presented the Sales Tax F projects involving their departments:
Police Chief Roger Schroeder; Jason Turner, Fire Department; Bill Lockwood, Parks and
Recreation; Bill Betts, I.T.S. Department.
Following the presentations, Councilman Ralph Bray asked for something that remind him
what the Council promised the community regarding the Sales Tax projects. Councilman
Bob Scrivner stated he would also like to know about any "lingering" projects to see if there
are any remaining projects still awaiting completion.
