Subject: LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC (LII) BUDGET
Obiective
To have the Board review and approve the attached budget.
Facts
On October 30, 1989 the Community Accees Advisory Board reviewed
the attached budget and recommended its adoption by the Board of
Directors.
Financial Overview
It is estimated that Lynwood Snformation Inc. will carry 5256,184
into the new fiscal year. Staff has proposed a budget which will
cover all of the necessary funding for operation of the
corporation. This includes the stipend for the board and
' supplies.
Recommendation
That the Board of Directors approve the attached resolution
adopting the Budget. .

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
APPROVING TKE FISCAL YEAR 89/90 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Soard of Directors have been provided a
proposed Budget; AND
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has studied the
proposed Budget and approved same;
NpW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Lynwood
� Infoxmation Inc. does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The Operating Hudget on FY 89/90 is hereby
, approved and adopted.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
irmnediately upon its adoption.
