A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LINCOLNS LANDING
Whereas, Hart -Frederick Consultants, P.C., on behalf of Mack Builders Group, LLC,
has filed with the City of Tiffin a final plat for Lincolns Landing subdivision, legally
described on the attached Exhibit "A", and;
Whereas, The Tiffin City Council on October 20, 2020, approved Resolution 2020-081,
which waived the City's 2 -mile extra -territorial review of the Lincolns Landing preliminary
plat, and;
WHEREAS, The City Staff has reviewed and given their recommendations for the plat,
and;
WHEREAS, The City of Tiffin's Building Department and City Attorney has given their
review and comments of said final plat.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
Final Plat for Lincolns Landing is hereby approved; and further that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute any documents necessary at this
time to approve the final plat as submitted and as approved by the Building Department
and City Attorney.
On the 20th day of December, 2022, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-094, A
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LINCOLN LANDING, and made a
motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris.
Ayes: Olney, Schnedler, Havens, Limkemann, Orris.
Nays: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2022-094, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FINAL PLAT OF LINCOLNS LANDING, to be adopted and signified his approval of the
same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 20th day of December, 2022.
