Work Session - Call to Order 5:45 PM
A. Roll Call
The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the City Hall Council
Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 5:46 PM. Upon roll being called the following
members were present: Chris Olney, Skylar Limkemann (arrived at 6:12 PM), Al Havens, Eric Schnedler, Tim
Orris (arrived at 5:53PM). Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora.
B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval
Motion to approve agenda by Schnedler.
Second by Olney.
All ayes, agenda approved.
C. Grove Park Project Update
Discussion: Nathan Faselt provided an update on Grove Park. They are seeking additional funding
sources and most applications are 9-12 months out from being awarded. They would like an 18-month
extension from the current extension which is set to expire on January 3, 2023.
D. Discussion and Review of the City of Tiffin Capital Improvements Plan
Discussion: Mayor Berner and City Council discussed the Capital Improvement Plan. This will be on the

January 20 meeting for approval.

present City Administrator Doug Boldt and City Clerk Abigail Hora.

Discussion: Riley Williams, 218 Cherry Lane and Andy Orris, 222 Cherry Lane, would like City Council to
reevaluate the location of the sirens that were installed at Woodfield Park.
