if qE go away with a real positive attitude, that this can accomplish the
objectives that Mayor Pro Tem Richards has pointed out and we go forward,
With that attitude, I think we can achieve what ever the goals are and
even some beyond those identified. I hope everyone gathered here tonight
has a positive attitude toward our city and what we can accomplish. We
are on the upgrade and must continue in a positive vain.
