The Greencastle Board of Works met in Executive Session Friday, January 24, 2003, 10:30 a.m.
at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order at 10:35 p.m. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Sue Murray and George Murphey. Also present was: City
Attorney Laurie Robertson, City Engineer Glen Morrow and Wastewater Treatment
Superintendent Mike Neese.
This meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6. 1 (a)(2)(B), Pending Litigation brought forth by
PAE and Associates.
Sue Murray asked if the language for the wellfield property purchase is correct in the lawsuit that
was filed. Attorney Robertson stated it is.
Motion to adjourn was made by George Murphey, seconded by Sue Murray. Vote was
unanimous.
