2010 MULT -PARK IMPROVEMENTS (CARTERET PARK) PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret has previously awarded a
contract to Zenith Construction Services, Inc. in the amount of $179,520.05 for the 2010
Multi -Park Improvements (Carteret Park) Project; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's Consulting Engineer for the project, T &M Associates, has
advised the Governing Body that a modification of the contract is reasonable and
necessary and has reenmmended that the aforesaid contract be modified in accordance
with Contract Chant

Change Order #2 & Final based upon the recommendation of the Borough
Engineer.
3. That the Borough Purchasing Department is hereby authorized to issue
any payment on the above described contract pursuant to Change Order 42
& Final (see attached).
4. A copy of this resolution and a fully executed copy of Change Order 92 &
Final be forwarded to T &M Associates for distribution to Zeroth
Construction Services, Inc.
