1. Permit 11-0109 was issued 03/04/2011 for a bicycle shed with no electrical or plumbing in the
backyard at 1211 Sixth Avenue (not Street). This is the residence of Kirk and Janet Kubista
(phone 301 - 706 - 4774). The contractor was Peter Dittmar (phone 663 -4415; business license
#197). Ray passed the project's final inspection on 04/14/2011 and the file was closed. Please
ask the code enforcement officer to do the inspection to see if it is being used as living space.
2. I have added the request for a Text Amendment that would require a survey at the foundation
stag - to the long list of pending ordinance revisions:

1. I received an email regarding1211 6th Street that the owners are using the accessory building for livable space.
Is it better for Ray or the city marshal to inspect the accessory building at 1211 6th Street? I need to have staff
verify that it its only being used as an accessory building.
2. Also, '.me ity council members would like staff to send a text amendment to the Planning Commission
requirinL,a survey at the foundation stage of construction to verify setbacks to avoid issues that may require
"after a \. act variances ". Please work with Bubba to have something for the Planning Commission by their

soil and sedimentation, wetlands, marshlands protection and shore protection ordinances and codes whether local, state or federal, including
all environmental laws and regulations when applicable, subsequent owners should be informed that any alterations to the property must be
approved by the issuance of another building permit. Permit holder agrees to hold the City of Tybee Island harmless on any construction

This permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the front of building and protected from the weather. If this permit is not posted

unless work has begun within six months of the date of issuance.
