Dear Custodian of Records,
Yesterday the Town's attorney Mr. Sweetapple reminded me of some records I came just recently came across on the Town's
website. I want to obtain certified copies of these records as possible material evidence In an upcoming legal matter. Less there
be any doubt as to what records I want to obtain, I have attached to this email a PDF file generated by the software on your
agency's website. This PDF contains 21 pages of records captured from your agency's website. The records as I have
downloaded them do not serve the purpose I require. I need certified copies of these records; hence this request.
If you choose, you can find these records at the same location I found them, namely: at hftp://www2.gulf-
stream.org/weblink/O/doe/75976/Pagel.aspx.
The records located at this link are apparently all part of an Architectural Review of 2542 Avenue Au Soleil which was
conducted on or around Sep 27, 2012. The records include the Application for Development Approval along with
documents related to that application.
I request you provide me with print copies of each record page of the 21 page file referenced above and referenced by
attachment to this email. I further ask that each print copy be certified by the Custodian of Records. I agree to pay the
statutory amount due for the production of all records responsive to this request so there is no need to send me an
estimate.
These certified records may be material evidence that may be used in a quickly approaching trial therefore their timely
production is essential and will be most appreciated by me. May I pick them up soon?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Architectural Review and
Planning Board of the Town of Gulf Stream will hold a Public
Hearing on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 8:30 A.M. in the
Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, 100 Sea Road, Gulf Stream,
Florida, at which the following will be considered:
An application submitted by Ronald A. Adams, owner of
property located at 2542 Avenue Au Soleil, Gulf Stream,
Florida 33483, legally described as Lot 47 Place Au Soleil
Subdivision, Gulf Stream, Florida, for the following:
LEVEL 2 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit the
installation of 97 feet of six foot high shadow box fence
inside the east side property line of Lot 47.
The Architectural Review and Planning Board shall make a
final decision regarding the subject application at the meeting
noticed above. The meeting may be adjourned from time to time and
place to place as may be necessary to hear all parties and
evidence.
The complete application materials are on file in the Office
of the Town Clerk located at 100 Sea Road, Gulf Stream, Florida
33483, and may be reviewed during regular business hours, which
generally include non -holiday weekdays from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
ALL PARTIES INTERESTED IN THESE MATTERS may appear before the
Architectural Review and Planning Board of the Town of Gulf Stream
at the time and place aforesaid and be heard.
