Dear Custodian of Public Records,
I would like to make the following requests under Chap 119 and Art I Sec 24 Fla. Constitution.
The public records responsive to this request are pertinent to pending litigation and thus, the need for
a copy of these public records is heightened and paramount. If possible, I will be willing to pay a 'rush'
service charge to acquire these documents as soon as possible.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO TO HELP YOU PRODUCE THESE
RECORDS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
I request to obtain a paper print copy (hard copy) of public records of certain Town emails and I
request those paper print copies be certified by the Custodian of Public Records.. The emails I
request to obtain certified copies of are described on the following list. A partial version of each email
described on the list is reproduced below for your reference. I request that the print copy be made of
the original public record (and not a copy of the versions reproduced in this request).

In general, a very good job. The best website of the coastal towns. There are numerous
tiny spelling errors (i.e."emergencey") , redundancies, myths (no one ever saw the
German spy), inaccuracies (number of households and presence of a commercial
business was pre -Annexation) that can be very easily edited. Do you want me to contact
the writer?
There should be another sentence or two on the Civic Assoc, eventually including a link to
their site.
There is a tone of wealth and exclusivity that could be tempered with a few choice words.
We should also explain the purpose of the design manual.
