BE IT RESOLVED, by the ;Mayor and .Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
illayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute the
memorandum of understanding for the Securing the Cities Initiative Agreement between
the Nfiddlesex County Prosecutor's Office and the Borough of Carteret and the Borough
of Carteret Police Department.
