SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION, OCTOBER 22, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
The October 22, 2012, Special City Council Work Session was convened at 5:32 P.M.
by Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Bray, Carroll, Henry, Luebbert, Mihalevich, Pope, Prather,
Schulte, Scrivner, and Weber
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Conference Center RFP:
City Administrator Nathan Nickolaus distributed decision points to discuss with the
Council to help provide staff with direction in drafting an RFP for their final approval
before it is sent to proposers.
Decisions were provided to staff to assist them in drafting the RFP.
Councilman Bryan Pope left the meeting at 7:15 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:53 P.M.
